Our Standard Cleaning service keeps your home fresh and tidy all year round! Choose weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly visits to fit your schedule. Our friendly team handles straightening up, dusting and vacuuming so you can enjoy a clean space without the hassle. Spend more time doing what you love while we care for the mess!

Deep Clean

Our Deep Cleaning Project is designed for homes that deserve more than just a surface clean. This service tackles built-up dirt, heavy dust and neglected areas like baseboards, tile, vents, and window sills. It’s ideal if it’s been a while since your last clean or you’re ready for a full-home reset.

Note: If your home hasn’t been cleaned in a long time or has heavy buildup, please let us know in advance. We consider homes with significant clutter, grime, or neglect to fall under heavy-duty cleaning, and additional charges may apply.

Move-In/Move-Out

Our Move-In/Move-Out service makes transitions easy! Whether you are settling into a new home or leaving one behind, we ensure every inch is spotless. How Our Pricing Works

We base our pricing on the type of cleaning, size and condition of your home, not by the hour.

Our baseline rate is built around a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom home under 1,000 sq. ft.
Final pricing may vary depending on; total square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms and overall condition of the home.

Rates may also adjust based on any special requests or modifications to your service. If you have unique needs or would like to tailor your cleaning, just reach out, we’re happy to accommodate.

Out-of-Scope Services

To maintain quality, safety, and consistency, the following services are outside our standard work scope

– Estate-size homes over 7,000 sq ft → Will typically require an entire team, multi-day work, and custom project quotes.

– Laundry → We focus exclusively on cleaning!

– Chandelier cleaning → Due to height and fragility

– Party Cleanup → Dorms, fraternity & sororities

– Carpet shampooing or steam cleaning

– Upholstery or furniture cleaning

– We do not remove stickers from walls or surfaces, as it may damage paint or wallpaper. Please remove stickers before your cleaning. If not, we’ll clean around them.

– Moving heavy furniture or appliances → May pose a risk of injury to our cleaners or damage to your property. For safety reasons, we do not move large or heavy items during cleaning. If certain areas are inaccessible, we’ll clean around them as best as possible.

– We do not clean the exterior of homes. This includes window washing, garages, patios, balconies, and all other outdoor spaces.

– Areas requiring ladders taller than a standard step stool

Note: Please do not ask our cleaning professionals to climb on kitchen countertops, bathroom sinks, or any unstable surfaces, even if you’re okay with it. We prioritize safety at all times!

Hazardous or Unsanitary Conditions

For the health and safety of our independent cleaning professionals, Traveling Maids does not handle the following:

– Mold, mildew, or any biohazard remediation

– Animal waste, including litter boxes, pet messes, or soiled areas

– Human waste or bodily fluids

– Infestations or dead pests (insects, rodents, etc.)

– Hoarding conditions or extreme sanitation issues

– Junk removal or hazardous trash
