Before we arrive, you’ll get a quick text or message to confirm details: your address, entry instructions, and anything specific you’d like us to focus on.
Do you want us to skip the guest room? Use your vacuum? Focus on the shower grout? We’ve got you.
2. Arrival and walkthrough (if you’re home)
We’ll do a fast walkthrough to clarify priorities if you’re around. Suppose you’re not, no problem. Just make sure we have access instructions (door code, front desk info, etc.).
3. We get to work, and yes, we can bring our supplies
Our team arrives fully equipped with cleaning tools, sprays, and towels.
Would you prefer we use your favorite products? Just let us know; we’re happy to use your supplies upon request.
We follow a detailed Standard or Deep Cleaning Checklist to ensure nothing gets missed. What we clean depends on the service you booked, and we always clean with care.
